Positiv innstilling – lytt til menneskene rundt deg – hva trenger de rundt deg – hvordan kan jeg gjøre dagen din lykkeligere? Ikke vær deprimert når du går på jobben -

Tre redskap:

1. et blankt ark – skriv ned hver dag:  hva vil du, hva bryr du deg om, hva vil du bli husket for?

Respekt – betyr forskjellige ting i forskjellige land

2. Penn – den funker alltid – skriv det ned – skrive er en handling – har du motet til å skrive ned og dele det du skriver? Handling og deling med andre

3. Besteforeldre – de lærte meg visdom – common sense – du må skape endringer heller enn å vente på at noen skal skape forandringene for deg. Du er framtidens hukommelse

Hvordan kan du se på framtiden uten å vite hva fordien var?

For å få suksess: Folk først, penger nest, teknologi tredje

Du må være nummer en i ditt eget liv

Hva er det viktigste i livet? Everybody is gifted – find your strengh and waknesses

Who is that person – find out the goals and share experiences -

TIME – lack of time is the main obstacle to awakening – Change your mindset – traffic jams will always happen until your mindset.

we squeeze the lemon for workers, leaders – an illusion that this is neccesary – to foster creativity do not squeeze the lemon – value teamwork, recognition, give time.

Survive lack of time to gain time – the only real assett

- Tenderpause – 15 minutes – take time to appreciate to people, say it, give time to thank, acknowledge,

- Thingpause – 15 minutes shut down all computers, cellphone etc. take a deep breath, ask yourself are you in your shoes or outside. Are things going well in my life, if not, as why, solve problems!

- Pleasure pause – do something for yourself, read, jog, yoga, enjoy

Why am I scared? Your ideas are good. Believe in them. People are scared of doing something different. How do we surpass that fear. You must risk to look ridiculus in front of people you do not know.

A life without risk does not exist! You risk everything from the time you are born.

Recognize that we cannot exist without each other – interdependent – librarians and users

Step on your chair! Libraries, librarians are the link between history and future – essential for people to take risk.

Take that chance – jump! What a feeling!

Awareness – potential is within us all

The imagination and intuition is essential for creativity – evolutionary accountant – humanize numbers – there is people behind numbers – create and innovate – people more important than bottom line.

Imagination – the only thing that the government cannot tax

What is beatiful within you – what is it in you that you don’t know that you don’t know? Thats creativity

Return of experience! Return of Librarians! Crucial for understanding to be creative.

Five tools to be more craetive

- Objekctive – dream – passion

- Desire to achieve – bringing people together to share and evolve ideas

- falt ut litt så jeg vet ikke hvor mange han er på nå

- Patience -

- Perseverence – do you walk the walk and talk the talk – do you believe in your product?

- Networking – create trust between different groups

- Solidarity – What can I do to help you? Libraries – add value.

How can we conquer fears? How can we surpass them?

We have the capasity to create and innovate in our lives!

Travel the world!

Create your life, invent your life. Life is about experience. Do some thing different

How can we be free and autonomous? Lets build networks, talk together,  achieve your dreams by also helping others achieve their dreams.
