Sunday stills – The Colour Pink

This week it’s all about pink, and around here at this time of year it means flowers. Head on over to Sunday stills to get links to more “pink” shots.

Light pink rhododendron. It’s rhododendron season here in Bergen, and we have lots and lots of them around town.

Different rhododendrons bloom at different times. This dark pink one is getting ready for it’s glory days.

This pink tulip got drenched in mud and almost keeled over in the high wind and torrential rain we had a few days ago. It still looks pretty though, and the raindrops are cool.

And at last two other pink tulips. Still upright and looking good. The background came out great too, I’m pleased as punch with that. Bokeh is always fun.

  1. The pale pink blossoms in the first picture look good enough to eat. Love all the shades of pink in the pictures.

  2. WOW!! These are just beautiful. I love Rhodies. Soon they will be in bloom here in East Tennessee. :)
