Have you ever written any fan-fiction? If yes, why and for which book(s)? If no, would you like to and for which books(s)?
For that matter, do you ever READ fan-fiction??

I haven’t written any fiction since I got allowed to write non-fiction texts at school, that day came as a relief. I’ve no desire or ability when it comes to writing fiction.

I haven’t read a lot of fan-fiction. The only things I can remember is a short story from the Harry Potter Universe were Harry and Hermione ends up together. Obviously this was written long before the series was done. I’ve also read a Firefly novel, but I’m not sure if that qualifies as fan fiction or was sanctioned in some way.

Anyway, I think it’s fun that people use fictional universes as inspiration to create their own thing, even if I don’t read much of it. Writing this answer I looked up www.fanfiction.net, there really is a lot of stuff out there. Amazing.
