I have never been able to stand crocs. I’m sorry your kitty has been so sick, but glad he’s healing well. He looked very cute even when all bandaged up.

I always thought crocs should be banned. Now I have a really good reason. Poor solan! Glad he is feeling better.

They tried one of those collars when he fractured his femur back in September. I think it lasted around 5 minutes each time we tried to put it back on. He was a lot less unhappy about the coat.
He eats a few weird, but luckily not dangerous, things like strawberry plants and dill.

What an amazing story. So glad that Solan is on the mend. I haven’t heard of cats chewing shoes before, although I did have a cat who liked to eat unusual foods like rockmelon and cobs of corn. Such a drama. I hadn’t seen that suit your vet used before either, our vets still use the Elizabethan collars to stop them chewing at stitches.

Poor thing. Glad you found the problem and solved it. I love my crocs though — they’re MaryJane crocs, so not as ugly as the usual ones. I’ve nearly worn them through the bottoms. My cats don’t seem interested in eating them.
